Appletini Martini Recipe

What makes this martini so unique? It's all about the accessories! What is it that makes a daughter the "apple of their fathers eye"? It's a truly unique relationship. This martini has the best chaser in the world!

Ingredients:

2 oz. Sour Apple Schnapps

1 oz. Vodka

1 splash of sour mix

Mixology Directions:

1) Prepare a chilled Martini glass (I generally pre-chill my glasses in the fridge or freezer, but you can get the same result by placing a few ice cubes in the glass and leaving for a couple of minutes).

2) Rim the chilled martini glasses with white rock sugar (rub rim with lemon wedge and spin in sugar) and set aside.

3) Combine ingredients into a Martini shaker with crushed ice and give it a good shaking.

4) Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Martini glass and garnish with a wedge of sharp cheddar cheese.
