Blow-Off Martini Recipe

The Blow-off martini is incredibly different. The combination of scotch and butterscotch schnapps is so remarkable that it is a martini everyone has to try. The best part of this martini is the lingering finish of scotch with a hint of sweetness and of course, cherries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Scotch

  • 1 ½ oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

  • Splash of Vermouth

  • Fresh Cherries


  • Mixology Directions:

    1) Prepare a chilled Martini glass (I generally pre-chill my glasses in the fridge or freezer, but you can get the same result by placing a few ice cubes in the glass and leaving for a couple of minutes).

    2) Combine ingredients into a Martini shaker with crushed ice and give it a good shaking.

    3) Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Martini glass and garnish with two fresh cherries.

    4) Enjoy the perfect antidote to being blown off - "The Blow-Off Martini".
