The
Pomegranate Martini
Do
you believe in love at first sight? Have you ever seen
someone that makes you stop dead in your tracks? What
is it about that certain person that makes your heart
skip a beat? Is it love at first site or lust at first
sight? This is a martini that will light up your tastes
buds and cause you to fall madly in lust. Put your old
favorite martini on the shelf because after you taste
this one, you have a new love of your life, the Pomegranate
Martini.
This martini has
been on the seen for awhile, but it can be a hard one
to find on a martini list, so you might have to try this
one at home. Once you do, there is no going back to whatever
you use to consume. The Pomegranate martini is combination
on Citron Vodka, Cointreau and Pomegranate juice. This
unique blend of lemon, orange and pomegranate makes this
martini unbelievably smooth, there is not even the slightly
hint of tang from the citrus flavors. This martini has
a lusty sweetness and is a dark rich red color, that compels
you to fall passionately in love from the very first sip.
Does love at first
sight actually exist? After surveying both man and women,
I have to conclude that it does. However, it is a highly
controversial topic (like I have never gotten involved
in a few of those conversations in my martini lifetime.)
The reason this subject is so debatable is because you
have the romantic people that believe it happens and then
you have the pessimists that think it is all a crock of
shit, they just want to believe that it is lust. There
is no arguing that "love at first sight" generally
begins with a physical attraction to another person. It
is the first glance at a person that makes you go
“Wow”
he is hot!
The
glance where you have to quickly look away because you
don’t want to be caught gawking. All of a sudden
it does not matter you just have to talk to this person.
It is this intense physical magnetism that somehow draws
the two people together so they can converse. Once the
connection is established it seems that they are the only
two people present and the rest of the world has faded
away. Some people say that you can tell if this is the
"love of your life" by looking into each others
eyes, others say it is the feeling that you have met this
person before, and others believe that when you have this
instant bond it means that you have been with this person
in a past life. (Like I said before, I asked a lot of
people this question! and got alot of interesting answers!)

Once you have made
this connection, by the law of attraction you will find
that you keep running into this person, or that you
can not seem to get this person out of your mind. This
is when the action of the first date or several dates
comes into play. In some cases, people fall madly in
love and get married (this is the romantic in me) and
in others they date for awhile and for whatever reason
they split (this is the realist in me) however, if they
do split these are the break-ups that are really hard
to get over because they have lost their love at first
sight. The one comment that I did seem to get from every
person was that when you meet the "one" you
just instantly know! It is an unexplainable phenomenon
but somehow deep inside you just know that this is the
person you are suppose to be with.
The pessimists
argue that the attraction is only physical and that
it is the desire to get into bed with this person that
makes the intensity so strong. It is the lust that makes
people believe that they are madly in love and when
the lust dwindles then the attraction fades and the
romance ends. The one comment that I received, that
kinda blows this theory apart, was from a few guys who
stated that "when they are really smitten by a
chick, they usually never sleep with her right away,
they wait for the right time." This comment intrigued
me and upon more research, I found it to be consistently
true. I personally believe that "love at first
sight" does exist. It has been my experience that
it occurs when I am least expecting it, and it usually
hits me up side the head! I have been fortunate enough
to have had it happen on three separate occasions, sometimes
it was happily ever after and other times it was splitzville.
Regardless of what the pessimists say, I do believe
that when you meet the "one" you know it instantly!
This is truly "love at first sight!" and this
is when you should always follow your heart and your
intuition, never doubt it because that will only make
you miss the opportunity for your chance at amazing
love.
Conclusion:
The Pomegranate
martini is incredibly smooth and you can not help falling
in love with it, at first sight and sip. The dark red
color makes this martini truly passionate and exciting.
The sultry sweetness will entice you to consume this
martini all the time, and you will find yourself retiring
your current favorite. The blend of lemon, orange and
pomegranate gives this martini a smooth sensual flavor.
When you experience "love at first sight"
you can be the romantic and trust your intuition or
you can be the pessimist and listen to your self doubting
rational voice. The question is, would you like to drink
a bitter martini or the one that is pure liquid love?
Besides, which one is going to be more fun! And isn’t
life supposed to be all about love and fun?
