What is it about a full moon? Why does it make everyone a little crazy! The full moon is something that compels people to do things that normally they would not. This is a martini that is so delicious that you will find yourself addicted to staying up late and doing things that you never thought you would. Oh the power of the full moon and the Sweet Grass!!!

One night, I spontaneously dropped by to visit my hippie girlfriend. I refer to her as a hippie because she is all about everything being organic and holistic. I was surprised when she offered me a martini that she said was pure and soul soothing. When I took my first sip of this martini I was stunned by the unique flavors. It was like a fresh cup of ice tea with a killer kick. This I when she announced that it was the Sweet Moon martini and did I want to go a full moon party?

The Sweet Moon martini is actually a combination of the love of the full moon and the love of grass. A sensual blend of Bison Grass Vodka (very rare and something that you should definitely look for) Honey Liqueur and chamomile tea. Yes, I know that this seems like a very strange combination but this vodka has no harshness and combined with the honey, it becomes smooth and soothing and it is difficult to resist. There are rare moments in our lives where it is impossible not to sit back in amazement of the beauty of our universe; it is the same feeling when you are in ah about uniqueness of the Sweet Moon martini.

As I consumed another martini my girlfriend told me all about the party that she was dragging me to. It was to be a gathering of souls that wanted to celebrate the full moon and to do this we where going to be dancing the night away in the woods under the light of the full moon. I was intrigued by this concept; I had been to a lot of parties in my life but never one in the woods. Maybe it was the intoxicating affects this martini or the moon but all of a sudden I had tones of energy and was up for the adventure. We embarked on our journey, complete with the perfectly mixed Sweet Moon martini in our traveling container and the proper footwear. I was informed that my sassy heels would not be safe in the woods. Thankfully, my girlfriend and I are the same size, so I adored a very practical pair of athletic sandals. Comfortable but not attractive, thank god it was going to be dark and no one would be able to see my shoes.

After an interesting ride into the middle of nowhere and a walk along a gravel road, we arrived at the party. I was speechless as I looked down into this clearing that was filled with 300 people grooving to electric beats that where being pumped out of a huge stage that was set up on the back of a semi trailer. There where lights on the stage but the crowd was lit only by the full moon. As we climbed down into the clearing I could feel this amazing energy wash over me and

“I knew that this was going to be an epic evening.”

We hung out for awhile sipping our martinis and watching the characters go by. I was intrigued by all the people, (young, old, men, women, I even say a few children), that had arrived in the middle of the woods to dance the night away, and dance they did! The music was fabulous and it was impossible not to want to groove to the beat. So we did! My girlfriend and I hit it, and hard. I am not sure how long we danced for but it did not matter, the only reason we took a break was because we needed to drink some water and another martini. The Sweet Moon was the perfect martini for this evening. It was very thirst quenching and it gave us that perfect two martini buzz that lasted all night long. The crowd seemed captivated by the beauty of the moon and the energy of all the people was joyous. We were all spellbound, people smiling everywhere all moving their bodies so sweet and sensuous. Hours later with our travel martini mugs empty, we regrettably hiked our way out of the clearing. As I looked back, the sun was starting to come up but the crowd was still going strong, infused by the power of the music, the energy of the moon and maybe a few martinis. I giggled I had guessed right, this had been a fantastic evening.

Conclusion:

The Sweet Moon martini is so unique that when you have the chance to try it, you will be captivated by it all evening. The Bison Grass Vodka is incredibly smooth and when it is mixed with Honey Liqueur and chamomile tea, it takes on an intoxicating flavor that is refreshing and inspiring. This martini infused you with tones of energy and makes you do things that you never expected. It is like the spell casts by the full moon, when the moon is full the pull of the gravitational force causes people to not sleep, they are hyper active and need to release energy. This is the perfect martini to help dissolve that energy, by paying tribute to one of the most beautiful things nature provides. The Sweet Moon!
